More about our mission

Bringing people together to serve those in need through the arts.

 Our Philosophy:

Art is a powerful vehicle through which to serve because with it we simply take something we love and share it with others – all for the purpose of helping someone in need. Most everyone has an art form they enjoy, but not everyone has considered how they might use that to give back.

We’re using art to heal, bring hope, inspire and encourage the ones who need it most. Art allows us to communicate with each other in ways language can’t. Art can reach beyond the typical boundaries we set up around ourselves; it possesses an ability to break through political, religious and philosophical walls that so often keep us from relating with each other. It can bring a community together in ways other things can’t. We believe that through the arts, there are endless opportunities for people to use their passions in order to serve and uplift those around them.

We’re encouraging all the members of our community (artists, entrepreneurs, educators, parents, students, young people, organizers, laborers, administrators, politicians, grandparents and dreamers) to serve in some way. Our hope is to support the culture of unity, hope, service, good will and healing that exists in our country.

What We Do:

• Connect with community leaders to brainstorm what art services would be most helpful to our neighbors who are most in need

• Find artists, craftsmen, designers, performers etc. who are willing to serve with their passions and talents

• Organize projects that uplift our neighbors who could use it most; from scheduling, to transportation, to buying supplies, to event planning

• Help fund or organize programs for other nonprofits who would like to partner with us in using the arts to serve
